Premium Vintage Linen Press

Lovingly crafted by John Hicks & Co Ltd in Brisbane, this stunning piece of furniture is also known as a Gent’s Press or Lowboy Wardrobe. Believed to be of the Art Moderne Line from John Hicks Ltd from approximately the 1930’s-1940’s, you will not find a better representation of Functionality and Craftsmanship in such good condition!

Traditionally, a Linen Press was a Tall Premium Wooden Storage Cabinet used to flatten and store your favourite Linen and Clothing. However, this stunning piece is extremely versatile and would elevate the styling of any home as a Chest of Drawers, Dresser or to store your jewellery/collectibles.

This is certainly one of the most luxurious (and might we add unique) Chest of Drawers we have come across! Featuring spacious drawers, this premium Linen Press also features felt lining -designed to protect your belongings, the drawers themselves and to keep everything in place!
The Linen Press is approximately 137cm x 57cm x 146cm high. May be able to deliver locally for a fee, please PM to enquire.
